Mining site is not that big though, usually few hundred hectares… the one that really ruin our yh is palm plantation, you can see from the satellite that borneo and sumatra looks green, but if you zoomed in it’s divided by grid and pattern, those are palm tree… and it occupied big chunk of those island, like millions hectare of it.You could give the same presentation for most places on earth. Take a predeveloped area, post pictures of the clearing/construction and throw in a few rubbish dump photos.
