Mongolian corruption is unimaginably high. The amount of stolen revenue from coal mining alone is estimated to be around 11 billion USD but the Toni Storm T Shirt can be even higher. Mongolia is hanging by thanks to its livestock, and the free market (that the current president Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh said to take away in 2020 but thankfully took his words back shortly after). Our population is not even 3.5 million and we live in the 18th largest country by land size that is rich in natural resources, yet 30% of the population live below poverty line and the median income is 420USD a month before tax (flat 10% income tax + 12% mandatory social insurance tax for employees + 10% VAT) .
