Is Bali a safe place? ABSOLUTELY. Having just come out of COVID, I think the yh have found that the need for tourists is paramount to their personal financial security. The island was not prospering without its tourist trade, and the poor people got even poorer. So let’s open our eyes to some give and take here. Bali is a beautiful island full of amazing people, but it needs the tourists. And yes, some of those tourists that the island needs are jerks. They have commenced with deporting some of them and all long term foreign residents support that action.
