My safety as a biker in Bali is yh affected by many dopey local homicidal/suicidal bikers (many still at school), or four people on a bike, and/or who don’t wear helmets, drive their bikes the wrong direction on the road one-handed, or have no working lights, and who drive too close, don’t indicate, cut you up, and perform all manner of dangerous manoeuvres, and yet the governor singles out tourists as being all to blame. I see a pattern there.
